
Head of Research for CWC, Dr. Yashua Alkali, alongside Senior Researchers Umar Tarajim and Professor Dukku, presented groundbreaking findings on vaccine delivery and community engagement in Kano State, Nigeria. The presentation, held at the prestigious London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine on May 8th, highlighted the results of a collaborative ethnographic research project titled Pulse Project.

A joint effort by CWC, the University of Geneva, and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, the Pulse Project examined innovative approaches to vaccine delivery and community engagement in a Nigerian context. The findings have significant potential to contribute to a greater understanding of community engagement in vaccination strategies within Kano State and beyond.
